• Privacy and confidentiality of all information and records regarding your care. Therefore a thorough check-up is done such as hormonal profile/HIV/pap smear and more.
• Receive all the information you need, to give informed consent for procedure or treatment.
• Complain without fear of reprisal about the care and service you are receiving and to have the clinic respond to you, if necessary in writing.
• Receive an itemized bill and explanation of all charges. To ensure that there is no confusion.
• Receive regular check-ups from caring doctors and friendly nurses. Ensuring that you are feeling well.
• Hands on help, whenever the patient needs, from our qualified staff. All patients and couples are treated with great respect from our pleasant staff.
• Receive medication on time. This support is ensured from our friendly nurses when medication needs to be taken.
• Qualified support team to keep positive energy following through all couples. Ensuring that all patients/couples feel our dearest support and are happy and calm during this journey.
• Our receptionists are always eager to assist with all questions you have in mind. Do not be hesitant to ask any questions.
• Receive a session with our in house psychologist (when available). This is part of the support team that we offer, to help you through this beautiful journey.
• Allowed to schedule a booking, and to receive professional assistance from our receptionists when making a booking.
